Job Description

We're looking for a fun & passionate full-time Evening Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our team at MAM London, part of Novotel London Blackfriars.

Shift Details

  • Shifts typically run between 3pm/4pm – 11:30pm/1.00am
  • Weekend availability is essential and full flexibility across the week is required

  • Have great communication and customer relationship skills

Duties

  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • Meet and greet the customers
  • Lead the team during your shift and ensure a smooth and seamless service for all customers
  • Develop your team to ensure they reach the hotel objectives

Salary

£15.04 per hour + monthly service charge
