M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Counter Balance FLT Driver to join our clients close-knit team within a fast-paced, well-organised distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who thrives on being hands-on and enjoys working as part of a supportive team. Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00) Key Responsibilities: Use the warehouse management systemto monitor stock levels and track inventory accurately

Receive and ship goods in line with company procedures

Pick, pack, and label products for dispatch

Assist in product assembly and light manufacturing tasks as needed

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely

Handle and move goods, including occasional heavy lifting

Maintain a tidy and organised warehouse space

Requirements: Previous warehouse experience is preferred

Familiarity with stock control systems is desirable

Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
