Be the person who launches Jump in the UK.

After signing 10,000+ freelancers in France, Jump is launching in the UK in early 2026.

We are looking for our Founding GTM Lead UK. Not just a salesperson. A builder. An owner. A Swiss-army knife. Someone who wants to be there at day zero.


Your mission

You will be responsible for making Jump succeed in the UK.

Sales, operations, strategy, customer conversations, partnerships, testing new ideas, improving the product.


Specifically, you will:

  • Own and convert inbound leads into clients
  • Run the full sales cycle: first contact → closing → onboarding
  • Talk to dozens of freelancers every week to deeply understand the market
  • Identify what works and what doesn’t — and fix it
  • Improve scripts, funnels, positioning, and conversion
  • Help build the entire UK go-to-market from scratch
  • Test new growth channels and ideas with the team
  • Become the local expert and one of the key people behind Jump’s UK success


This is not a corporate sales job. This is a launch role. Things will be imperfect. You will help us figure things out.
