This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of site operations, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth delivery of all worksManage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on siteMaintain and enforce H&S standards, including RAMS, inductions, and site auditsCoordinate with the Project Manager and wider team to track progress and resolve issuesMonitor programme, quality, and sequencing of worksOversee site logistics, deliveries, and material managementMaintain site documentation, reports, and daily recordsAct as the main point of contact for client and stakeholder queries on siteRequirementsProven experience managing fit out or refurbishment projects - warehouse/industrial experience highly desirableStrong understanding of D&B delivery, sequencing, and subcontractor managementConfident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approachAbility to maintain high standards of quality and safetySMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid requiredFreelance / Ltd Co or CIS acceptedContract Details3-month contract, with potential extension depending on project progress and pipelineCompetitive day rate, paid weeklyNorth London site, full-time on-site roleFor further information, please apply with a CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
