Brook Street Recruitment are working on behalf of our Belfast client who are currently seeking a highly experienced Freight Forwarder with a strong background in deep sea freight to join their established team

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage international deep sea freight shipments from booking through to delivery

Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customers

Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documentation

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure shipments meet all regulatory requirements

Resolve any issues or delays efficiently and professionally

Requirements:

Proven experience in freight forwarding, with a focus on deep sea freight

Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and documentation

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A stable work history - we are seeking individuals who have demonstrated longevity and commitment in previous roles
