Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate deliveries Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for freight shipments and customs paperwork. Maintain accurate records of freight activities, costs, and performance metrics. Monitor the status of freight to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
