OVERVIEW: FUNCTIONAL SKILLS TUTOR Are you passionate about supporting people to improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours? Are you qualified and experienced in Functional Skills Delivery? If the answer is 'yes' then we would love to hear from you! We are currently seeking an experienced Functional Skills Tutor to deliver and coordinate the successful completion of Functional Skills qualifications, for a well-established training provider. Delivering Functional Skills Maths & English up to L2 in a classroom environment, you will work closely with learners to make a genuine impact on learner progress and outcomes. For the right candidate this position will offer real autonomy to plan, deliver and support learners and we really welcome innovation and creativity when considering the best ways to engage learners both in the classroom. This role is centre-based (Bulford or Middle Wallop), but you will need to be flexible to travel to other centres when needed. QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: FUNCTIONAL SKILLS TUTOR Experience of delivering Functional Skills Maths & English in a previous role up top level 2 Teaching qualification at L4 or above Good IT and communication skills Excellent attention to detail / Time management skills Passion for people development Full UK Driving license and use of own car
