The Role:

Deliver personalised, engaging tuition sessions

Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs

Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and families

Support academic progress while boosting confidence and independence

Provide feedback and progress reports as required

What We're Looking For:

Essential: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN

QTS, PGCE, or relevant tutoring/teaching experience (desirable)

A patient, empathetic and resilient approach

Strong behaviour management skills

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
