Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalised, one-to-one GCSE tuition Support students with SEN across English, Maths, and/or Science Plan and adapt sessions to meet individual learning needs and EHCP targets where applicable Build strong, trusting relationships with students Promote engagement, confidence, and academic progressRequirements:

Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Experience teaching or tutoring GCSE-level students Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching strategies effectively Relevant qualifications (QTS desirable but not essential)Experience supporting students with SEMH needs or those out of education is highly desirable.
