Small 35 cover function room frequented for pre and post-wedding celebrations, celebrations of life and more

Full-time, 45 hours per week
You must have prior General Manager experience at a similar site, preferably with hotel experience but this is not crucial
Lead daily operations of a busy hospitality business with multiple revenue streams (pub, restaurant, hotel, events)
Maintain and build upon high standards of service, food quality and guest experience
Continue to drive team development with a strong focus on service, cocktails and wine training
Help maximise service efficiency and guest satisfaction
Plan and deliver memorable events that reflect your own creative input

The start date for this role is flexible, so we are happy to work with your notice period.
