Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Excellent Package

We are currently representing a leading Governing Body within the Demolition Sector who are expanding their internal Group. This will be a chance to be the voice within the Industry.

The body represents and supports excellence within the demolition industry. The Group Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in driving operational effectiveness, strategic growth, and industry influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop individuals and teams.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify training and development opportunities.
• Manage staff issues professionally and effectively.
• Make time-sensitive and complex decisions to prevent delays and ensure member satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent, accurate, and credible industry messaging.
• Maintain alignment with demolition industry standards and facts.
• Evaluate and investigate potential new business opportunities or service lines.
• Manage complaints and issues raised by members or stakeholders.
• Monitor political, regulatory, and industry developments.
• Identify potential impacts on the demolition industry.
• Communicate relevant updates internally.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience managing teams up to 20
• Demolition experience is preferred
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
