Never shy of being different, always challenging the conventional.Our passionate team of chefs, baristas, servers, nutritionists and much more, love nothing more than creating memorable moments that enrich the everyday. Come and join our award winning teams - we are currently recruiting for a General Manager to join our team in Dublin.Location: Dublin, D04 RH96Salary: €45,000 to €50,000 per annumWorking Pattern: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm Key responsibilitiesManaging Café, buffet style restaurant for pax 250 cover a day.Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offeringLead, develop and manage the team of 9 staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainingsDevelop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual businessEnsure the site achieves the financial targets agreed with the client in line with the budgetWhat's in it for you? Working with Compass Group has its perks!
