Job Description

We're working with a residential accommodation business, seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead on overall site performance.

This role will suit a hands-on operational leader with experience in accommodation or hospitality environments, confident managing teams, maintaining standards, and driving commercial results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the operational performance of the site
  • Leading, motivating, and developing on-site teams
  • Ensuring high standards of guest experience, service, and compliance
  • Managing budgets, costs, and revenue performance
  • Overseeing maintenance, health & safety, and statutory compliance
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters
  • Driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and service delivery

About you:

  • Experience in a senior operational or General Manager role
  • Background in residential, hospitality, hotels, accommodation or a similar setting
  • Strong people management and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Commercially minded and solutions-focused
