General Manager SticksnSushi Salary: Up to £60,000 per year inclusive of tronc plus bonus

What youll be doing at Sticks n Sushi Youll build and lead your shift with passion, with a dedication to ensuring quality and outstanding hospitality. Youll arrive ready to inspire your team to both create and host an unparalleled experience, day in day out, that means our guests really can leave the real world for a while. Youll have full P&L ownership, be trusted to make decisions, solve problems, and keep energy levels high. Youll be the person the team looks to for guidance, support, and inspiration. You will be our ambassador of SticksnSushi.
What youll bring to us As a seasoned General Manager, youll have a track record of confidence and hospitality excellence under your belt in previous roles. Yet youve got the adaptability of water, able to stay calm, flexible and quickly respond to challenges and change. You will always keep our standards high and costs under control. Alongside this, you bring respect, trust and generosity to your team, hearing their ideas and coaching them in their work. Youll be the fiery spark that ignites the creativity of your team to make the restaurant something special in its own right.
