What You'll Be Doing
Leading from the front with confidence, charm, and the kind of energy people actually want to follow

Driving the financial performance of the business with sharp commercial thinking and strong cost control
Inspiring, coaching, and motivating a talented team to be the best version of themselves
Ensuring every plate, pint, and smile leaving the pass meets our high-quality standards
Keeping the venue running like a well-oiled machine - even when it's Saturday night and everyone suddenly wants espresso martinis
Maintaining an immaculate personal presentation (because you are the face of the business)
