Job Description

A General Manager is required to take full control of a high-energy leisure and hospitality venue in Glasgow South.
Youll own performance, culture and commercial results across a multi-revenue site combining sport, bar, events and community engagement. If you thrive where pace is high and standards matter, this is where you step up.

What youll be getting stuck into as a General Manager
  • Leading and developing reception, bar, security and event teams to drive performance
  • Taking full ownership of revenue growth through local sales and marketing initiatives
  • Maximising off-peak and weekend trading opportunities
  • Maintaining tight financial controls including cash handling and stock management
  • Overseeing compliance, health & safety and operational reporting
  • Recruiting, coaching and managing supervisory and management team members

What youll bring to the table as a General Manager
  • Previous experience in a General or Duty Manager role within leisure or hospitality
  • Proven track record of driving multi-stream revenue performance
  • Strong operational management across bar, events or leisure environments
  • Experience managing budgets, stock control and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of compliance, health & safety and site-level regulatory standards

Hours: 40 per week, flexible including evenings and weekends
