What youll do:
Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, compliance, and guest experience

Work closely with promoters, entertainment partners, and senior stakeholders

Previous senior management experience in a nightclub, large bar, or late-night venue

Strong leadership and people management skills

Commercially minded with a track record of hitting targets
