Geography ECT
A forward-thinking secondary school in Havering is seeking a Geography ECT to join their Humanities team from September.
This is a strong opportunity for an Early Career Teacher who wants a proper grounding in the classroom, not a sink-or-swim experience dressed up as "resilience building".
The role:
Teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4
Access to a structured ECT induction programme with experienced mentors
Schemes of work already in place, with room to develop your own practice
Supportive leadership team that actually understands workload

The ideal candidate:
Holds (or is on track to hold) QTS
Passionate about Geography and confident delivering engaging lessons
Keen to develop classroom practice with support, feedback, and CPD
