About the Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented educators with schools and institutions that need them. What You’ll Do
* Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions
* Source, interview, and place candidates including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff
* Develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
* Match candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement
