I am exclusively partnered with one of Londons a leading Financial Services headhunting firms . This business works closely with senior decision-makers at leading Hedge Funds and Investment Banks across London , placing high-impact talent into front-office and strategic roles.
Graduates here are realistically earning £50k in their first year on top of a competitive base salary - with uncapped commission and rapid progression for top performers.
Currently a close-knit team of 12 and scaling to 16 by year-end, this is a prime opportunity to join a business in its growth phase and build your reputation alongside experienced, high-billing consultants. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship directly from the Founders , who bring over 40 years of combined experience in Financial Services recruitment.

What You Will Be Doing: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Proactively headhunting top-tier talent across Financial Services
Building and managing your own portfolio of hedge fund and investment banking clients
Running the full recruitment lifecycle from first call to placement
Leading offer negotiations and contract discussions
Developing long-term relationships with senior industry professionals
What is on Offer: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
£30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
£50,000 realistic first-year earnings
Market-leading commission structure up to 40% with no threshold

Hybrid working (2 days WFH after probation)
