What You Will Be Doing: Graduate Recruitment Consultant Proactively headhunting top-tier talent across Financial Services Building and managing your own portfolio of hedge fund and investment banking clients Running the full recruitment lifecycle from first call to placement Leading offer negotiations and contract discussions Developing long-term relationships with senior industry professionals What is on Offer: Graduate Recruitment Consultant £30,000 base salary plus uncapped commission £50,000 realistic first-year earnings Market-leading commission structure up to
