Graphic Designer – Internal Communications (Contract)

London, Hybrid (3 days onsite) Initial Contract: 3 Months Rate: £400 - £500PD (Inside IR35) Overview A leading FinTech organisation is looking for a Graphic Designer to support their Internal Communications function across Technology. This role will focus on building the visual foundation of internal communications, creating high-quality templates and design assets across all channels. Working closely with Communications and Technology teams, the successful candidate will design and implement email templates, newsletters, and digital assets, helping to create a consistent and engaging experience for employees across the business. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer with strong digital and UX awareness, who can quickly establish scalable templates and improve the overall visual standard of internal communications.

Role & Responsibilities

Design and build email templates (Outlook) for internal communications Create newsletter templates (multiple styles, formats, and colour variations) Develop core infrastructure templates to standardise communications across the business Produce screen designs and lock screen content for internal messaging Design assets for Teams channels and internal platforms Create visual elements including layouts, shapes, and branded components Support UX/UI design for internal apps and communication platforms Edit and produce vid...
