Overview
A leading FinTech organisation is looking for a Graphic Designer to support their Internal Communications function across Technology. This role will focus on building the visual foundation of internal communications, creating high-quality templates and design assets across all channels.
Working closely with Communications and Technology teams, the successful candidate will design and implement email templates, newsletters, and digital assets, helping to create a consistent and engaging experience for employees across the business.
This role is ideal for a hands-on designer with strong digital and UX awareness, who can quickly establish scalable templates and improve the overall visual standard of internal communications.

Role & Responsibilities

Design and build email templates (Outlook) for internal communications
Create newsletter templates (multiple styles, formats, and colour variations)
Develop core infrastructure templates to standardise communications across the business
Produce screen designs and lock screen content for internal messaging
Design assets for Teams channels and internal platforms
Create visual elements including layouts, shapes, and branded components
Support UX/UI design for internal apps and communication platforms
Edit and produce video and podcast content for internal use
Work across all communication channels to ensure consistent visual identity
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
Play a key role in building a scalable design framework for future communications
Skills & Experience

3+ years’ experience in graphic design or digital design
Strong expertise in Adobe - All Apps - Edition 4.
Experience designing email templates and digital communications
Basic video editing
Understanding of UX/UI principles and screen-based design
Experience creating multiple template variations (e.g. newsletters, emails)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and consistency in branding
Experience across multiple content formats (email, video, digital platforms)
A portfolio will need to be provided prior to interview
