An international, high-growth technology business is looking for an experienced and hands-on Group Financial Controller to lead its financial operations and reporting across a growing portfolio of global entities. With strong investor backing and a recurring revenue model, the company is entering its next phase of scale and is building out a best-in-class finance function to support this.This is a key hire that will take ownership of group reporting, technical accounting, and compliance, while driving process improvement and supporting strategic initiatives at the leadership level.Key Responsibilities Own monthly group consolidation and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure full compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local statutory reporting requirements. Lead all aspects of revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and accrued income (IFRS 15) Implement and maintain ERP systems , driving automation and scalability. Oversee tax compliance, filings, and transfer pricing across entities. Manage external audits and liaise with advisors to deliver clean and timely financial statements.
