Maintaining and elevating food quality and consistency at scale, protecting the group’s reputation and guest expectations Supporting openings and ongoing performance of new and existing sites by standardising systems and influencing menu execution Acting as a brand ambassador in every kitchen, modelling a modern, people‑first leadership style rather than old‑school back‑of‑house mentality Working closely with the senior team to align food, operations and commercial performance
