We are now seeking an exceptional Guest Relations Manager to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
As a Guest Relations Manager , you are part of the front office management team, leading and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. Through the promotion of knowledge, expertise, and personality our Guest Relations Manager creates and delivers incredible guest experiences.
Our Guest Relations Manager key responsibilities:
Leading and guiding the front office team, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest safety and satisfaction.
Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction through warm and welcoming guest service skills.
Provide a culture of guest excellence, service and welcome.
Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.
What Were Looking For in our Guest Relations Manager :
Experience in duty management roles within luxury hotels.
Effective knowledge of front office systems and front desk procedures.
A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends.
