We are seeking a customer focussed leader, ready to maintain a professional and efficient handover team for our customers, when collecting their newly purchased vehicles. Ensure your team provides a professional, friendly and efficient handover service to customers collecting their newly purchased cars, upholding a positive customer experience Ensure staff within your team thoroughly check deal files to ensure that all relevant paperwork and monies have been received and required checks completed before releasing the car Complete paperwork for part exchanges as applicable together with your team Use online websites to tax the customer’s vehicle (or provide V62 form and relevant advice) and offer customer facilities to arrange their insurance Manage the handover process, ensuring your team runs through any necessary information to ensure the customer is fully satisfied and safe to drive from site Ensure customers are kept informed of the transaction progress by your team, including appointment follow‑ups and confirmation calls Build relationships with customers with a view to anticipating future business and strengthening the Company’s reputation within the marketplace Audit team’s paperwork to maintain high levels of accuracy Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally to customers, your team, management and colleagues alike and treat everyone with respect Staff development, training and managing holiday calendars to ensure continual cover
Required Skills and Experience
Must have a valid, clean, full UK licence. Any job offer that requires driving company vehicles is subject to a DVLA check, and applicants with six or more penalty points or a previous disqualification may not meet our insurance requirements and therefore may not be eligible for employment.
