Previous experience running a retail butchery counter Strong knowledge of costing, product control, and margin xehkeey management Experience maintaining high product and presentation standards Ability to lead, train, and develop junior staff or apprentices Confidence working in a customer-facing retail environment Working hours: Around 40 hours per week, with a 7-day operation and shared weekend rotation.
