Overview: We are seeking a highly professional, experienced Head Butler to join a private household in Mayfair. This individual will be responsible for delivering an exceptional standard of discreet service and household management, ensuring the smooth running of formal and informal events, and upholding the highest standards of etiquette and professionalism. The ideal candidate must be adaptable, technologically proficient, and possess strong leadership and hospitality skills.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Butler & Household Services Provide hands-on service to the principals and guests with utmost discretion and attention to detail Oversee table settings, silver service, and wine service for both formal and informal occasions Maintain and care for fine china, glassware, silverware, and linens Assist with wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and personal errands as required 2. Event Execution & Management Plan, coordinate, and manage high-end events and private functions at the residence Liaise with caterers, florists, and other external suppliers as required Ensure flawless execution of events with close attention to guest experience and discretion
