You'll be using top-quality, locally sourced produce to deliver exceptional dishes to a high standard, with a clear focus on achieving accolades.

What we ask of you: Proven success as a Head Chef within a high-quality hotel environment Experience in rosette standard hotel Strong background in high-volume banqueting and events Excellent organisational and communication skills A hands-on approach and a positive, team-focused attitude
