We are looking for experienced and passionate Head Hostess to join Florattica, our stunning rooftop cocktail bar at Canopy by Hilton London City. At Florattica, we celebrate craftsmanship and creativity behind the bar. Inspired by the 17th-century Huguenot silk weavers who once called this area home, our rooftop is a place where art, flavour, and Londons skyline meet. Guests come for our signature cocktails, stay for the vibe, and return for the experience, and thats where you come in. About the Role As a Head Hostess, you will: Lead the guest reception experience, ensuring every arrival is warm, professional, and memorable from the first moment. Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow with confidence and precision, maintaining a smooth and organised front-of-house operation. Act as the face of the venue, bringing charisma, elegance, and professionalism to every interaction. Support and guide the host/hostess team, setting the tone for service standards and guest engagement. Work closely with management and service teams to ensure seamless communication and an exceptional overall guest experience. About You You are the kind of Head Hostess who: Has previous experience in a similar role within premium restaurants, hotels, or high-end hospitality venues. Demonstrates excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask under pressure. Has outstanding communication skills and a natural flair for guest relations. Presents with confidence, warmth, and professionalism at all times. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of the action. Has the right to work in the UK (evidence will be required).
