This is an exciting opportunity to lead the reception team and shape the guest experience from the moment they arrive, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless flow of service throughout the restaurant. What Youll Be Doing Lead and inspire the reception team to deliver exceptional hospitality. Manage reservations, guest flow and seating plans. Work closely with the floor and management teams to ensure smooth service. Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally. Ensure a warm, professional and memorable welcome for all guests. Oversee reservation systems and maintain accurate guest information. Coordinate waiting lists and table allocation during busy service periods. Support the training and development of the reception team. About You Proven experience in a senior hostess or reception role in a busy restaurant. Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
