Llangefni (Hybrid – 3 days office) £65,000 + Bonus Contract: Permanent
The Role
A senior finance leadership role overseeing a large, business-critical Accounts Payable function across multiple business units.
You’ll lead a team of four direct reports, driving performance, process improvement, and strong financial controls within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a large Accounts Payable team
* Oversee the full end-to-end AP process across multiple entities
* Ensure accurate and timely supplier payments
* Drive process improvement and automation initiatives
* Monitor KPIs, cash flow, and reporting metrics
* Manage supplier and internal stakeholder relationships
* Support month-end close and financial controls
* Lead cross-functional projects to improve P2P processes
The Ideal Candidate
* Strong experience leading an Accounts Payable or finance operations team
* Proven people leadership with a focus on development and performance
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills across finance and operational teams
* Process improvement mindset with attention to detail
* Calm, professional, and confident leadership style
* Open to industry background (finance leadership experience essential)
