Are you an experienced Finance Director looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and growing business? We are delighted to partner with a leading privately-owned drinks company to find a Finance Director to join their team on a permanent basis in London. As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial operations of the company and ensuring the business meets its financial objectives during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and development to ensure high performance and a collaborative environment.
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and sustainability objectives.
Oversee the preparation of accurate budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring they are aligned with the business objectives.
Manage the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports for the Board of Directors, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Proactively monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficient working capital utilisation.
Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the business is protected in all financial aspects.
Work closely with senior management, investors, and external stakeholders to communicate financial performance and strategy effectively.
Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
Extensive experience in a senior finance role, ideally within the drinks industry or a similar sector. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and people management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
Commercial Acumen : Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights that drive business performance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial challenges.
You will work closely with a highly experienced management team and help steer the business through a period of exciting transformation.
