Key Responsibilities Establishing and leading the Building Surveying department Developing and expanding service lines within the business Winning new work and strengthening existing client relationships Delivering a full range of building surveying services, including: Contract administration Dilapidations Planned preventative maintenance Technical due diligence Condition surveys Project management
