The Opportunity

As the portfolio continues to expand, we are seeking a Head of Business Operations to lead and optimise day-to-day operations across a diverse ecosystem of early-stage ventures, trading initiatives, and protocol projects. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on building scalable operational frameworks and driving excellence across multiple business lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute operational strategies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance across a multi-entity structure.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans spanning venture incubation, digital asset trading, and protocol development initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison between internal leadership and external stakeholders, including strategic capital partners, legal advisors, banking providers, vendors, and technical collaborators.
• Oversee corporate structuring, entity setup, and banking relationships, ensuring compliance with relevant legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Produce clear, data-driven operational reporting and performance insights for senior leadership and investors.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Legal, and Product) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business objectives.
• Drive effective resource allocation to support growth initiatives and maximise operational output.
• Provide leadership and oversight to operational team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in business operations, ideally within fintech, digital assets, venture investing, or high-growth technology environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-stream projects.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into strategic decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging both internal leadership and external partners.
• Experience establishing and refining operational processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and digital assets, with an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset.
