What you will do You will lead a high performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team and become the commercial engine of the business. You will:

Own forecasting, budgeting and long range planning across the group. Work directly with the CFO, CEO and Exec team on growth, performance and strategy. Build and challenge business cases for new products, projects and investments. Use data, Power BI and smart analysis to spot opportunities and risks early. Drive automation and better ways of working across finance. Partner senior leaders across marketing, operations and product. Present to the board and help steer big commercial decisions.
