Head of Continuous Improvement – Bracknell – Full time perm – Financial services industry experience needed We are working with a business looking to hire a Head of Continuous Improvement to build and lead a CI function from scratch. This is a hands‑on role focused on improving processes, reducing inefficiencies, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation starting with finance and scaling wider. Role Responsibilities
Set up and lead the Continuous Improvement function Identify and eliminate manual processes, duplication, and inefficiencies Conduct process and value chain analysis (value vs control vs waste) Build and deliver a pipeline of improvement initiatives Work closely with SMEs to map processes, analyse workflows, and implement improvements Roll out and lead a hub & spoke CI model across the business Act as the central CI expert, advocate, and coach Enable teams to deliver CI within their own functions Drive a continuous improvement culture across multiple departments
Skills & Experience Required
Proven background in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence Experience within financial services (preferred but not essential) Strong experience in process mapping and value chain analysis Practical knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Experience working closely with SMEs and extracting process knowledge
