Head of Continuous Improvement - Bracknell - Full time perm - Financial services industry experience Overview We are working with a business looking to hire a Head of Continuous Improvement to build and lead a CI function from scratch. This is a hands-on role focused on improving processes, reducing inefficiencies, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation starting with finance and scaling wider.
Role Responsibilities * Set up and lead the Continuous Improvement function * Identify and eliminate manual processes, duplication, and inefficiencies * Conduct process and value chain analysis (value vs control vs waste) * Build and deliver a pipeline of improvement initiatives * Work closely with SMEs to map processes, analyse workflows, and implement improvements * Roll out and lead a hub & spoke CI model across the business * Act as the central CI expert, advocate, and coach * Enable teams to deliver CI within their own functions * Drive a continuous improvement culture across multiple departments
Skills & Experience Required: * Proven background in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence * Experience within financial services (preferred but not essential) * Strong experience in process mapping and value chain analysis * Practical knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, and Six ...
