Central Employment are working in partnership with a fast growing interiors brand, as they look to appoint a commercially focused Head of Sales (Trade/eCommerce).


  • Full-time onsite role in Teesside
  • Circa £55k DOE + performance led bonus/commission


We are seeking a visionary Head of eCommerce & Trade Sales to lead our growth across all channels. This is not just a sales role, it’s an opportunity to shape the way our brand connects with customers, setting the standard for excellence in both digital and physical spaces.


What You’ll Do:


• Own and grow revenue across e-commerce, (online/offline) and trade channels.


• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.


• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that align with our brand vision.


• Ensure every customer touchpoint—online or offline—is exceptional.


• Identify and secure key business opportunities, collaborations, and wholesale accounts.


• Use data, insights, and creativity to continually improve performance.


Essential experience required:


• Proven track record in sales leadership within interiors, furniture, or luxury lifestyle sectors.


• Experience driving results across both e-commerce and offline channels.


• Inspirational leader with strong people management skills.


• Commercially savvy with a data-driven approach to decision-making.


• Passion for design and an eye for detail.
