Location: Waltham Forest Start Date: April Position: Full-time Pay: Outer London pay scale (dependent on experience) Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the English department Deliver high-quality English teaching across key stages Support, mentor, and manage English teaching staff Monitor progress, attainment, and curriculum planning Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven experience teaching English Leadership or management experience within an English department preferred Strong organisational and communication skills
