Head of FP&A | European Leisure & Travel | PE-backed growth We’re supporting a market-leading leisure and travel brand operating across major European destination cities. The business is undergoing strategic transformation, and the CFO is building a best-in-class finance function to support the next phase of growth. The Head of FP&A will sit at the centre of this journey — owning planning, performance insight, investment analysis, and data‑driven decision support across the Group. Key focus areas:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and driver-based financial modelling Own cash forecasting and consolidated Group planning Deliver clear performance insight to leadership, Board, and investors Support pricing, occupancy, and commercial strategy decisions Evaluate ROI on capital projects, new sites, and strategic initiatives Build scalable BI dashboards, reporting automation, and data quality Develop and lead a growing FP&A analyst team
About you:
FP&A leadership experience in a multi‑site, ideally PE‑backed environment Strong commercial modelling and decision‑support capability Comfortable building reporting frameworks and BI tools (Power BI or similar) Deep understanding of operational KPIs within leisure, retail, or hospitality Able to translate complex data into clear, engaging insight
