Our client, a leading global FinTech organisation, is seeking an exceptional Head of Legal Operations to transform and modernise its global legal and compliance function. This high-impact, strategic role involves partnering with the General Counsel and senior leadership to design a best-in-class legal operating model, drive adoption of innovative legal technologies, and embed data-driven decision-making across the function.

The successful candidate will lead transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability and service delivery, optimise workflows and resourcing across global teams, implement technology solutions and knowledge management tools. They will also establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure performance, provide insights for strategic decision-making and support budgeting, forecasting and legal spend management.

This role requires influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across business functions, including technology, risk, finance and procurement, while fostering a culture of operational excellence, innovation and continuous improvement within the legal function.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and commercially minded Legal Operations leader with experience in global organisations, proven expertise in designing and implementing legal operating models and transformation programmes, strong knowledge of legal technology platforms and a track record of using data and analytics to drive operational improvements.

Experience in FinTech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable and strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills at executive level are essential.
