Our client, a leading global FinTech organisation, is seeking an exceptional Head of Legal Operations to transform and modernise its global legal and compliance function. This high-impact, strategic role involves partnering with the General Counsel and senior leadership to design a best-in-class legal operating model, drive adoption of innovative legal technologies, and embed data-driven decision-making across the function.The successful candidate will lead transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability and service delivery, optimise workflows and resourcing across global teams, implement technology solutions and knowledge management tools.
