Are you a senior On-Trade leader with deep experience across London Prestige and Independent Free Trade accounts?Do you have a track record managing National accounts and leading large, high-performing teams?Ready to shape route to market strategy and drive growth across a premium spirits portfolio?MacGregor Black are partnering with a global spirits business to appoint a Head of On-Trade. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving performance across National On-Trade customers, shaping route to market strategy, and leading a London-focused team to accelerate growth across both Prestige On-Trade and Independent Free Trade accounts.This permanent position will be based in London, with regular travel across key accounts and the wider UK On-Trade network.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop relationships with key National On-Trade customers, delivering strong commercial outcomesLead, coach, and develop a large On-Trade sales team, driving performance, accountability, and progressionDefine and execute route to market strategy across the On-Trade channelShape and deliver the London Prestige and Independent Free Trade strategy, leveraging your network to unlock growthLead complex commercial negotiations across pricing, investment, activations, and long-term agreementsCollaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure best-in-class executionMonitor channel performance, using data and insight to optimise investment and ROIPlay a key role within the commercial leadership team, contributing to wider business strategyWhat We're Looking ForProven senior leadership experience within On-Trade, ideally in spirits or beverageStrong experience managing large National On-Trade accountsDeep understanding of London Prestige On-Trade and Independent Free Trade (IFT) landscapeDemonstrated experience leading and developing large, high-performing teamsStrong experience in defining and executing route to market strategiesCommercially astute with strong negotiation skills at senior levelWell-connected across the London hospitality and On-Trade networkSalary & BenefitsBonus and benefits package including pension and private medical coverSenior leadership opportunity within a globally recognised spirits businessApply now or contact Kieron Hall at MacGregor Black to discuss this opportunity in confidence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
