Job Description

My client are a dynamic marketing agency seeking a results-driven Head of Paid Media to lead the agency’s paid advertising strategy across search, social, programmatic, and emerging channels. You’ll guide a team of specialists, shape high-impact media strategies for clients, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable growth and ROI.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a team of paid media managers and analysts.
  • Act as the senior paid media advisor for key clients, presenting insights, recommendations, and performance updates.
  • Develop audience strategies, budget allocations, testing plans, and forecasting models.
  • Oversee reporting frameworks to ensure accuracy, transparency, and data-driven decision making.
  • Stay current with platform updates, attribution trends, and emerging ad tech.


Requirements

  • 6+ years of paid media experience within an agency or multi-channel environment.
  • Proven success leading teams and driving performance across major ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced understanding of tracking, attribution, and platform tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior client stakeholders.
