Job Description
My client are a dynamic marketing agency seeking a results-driven Head of Paid Media to lead the agency’s paid advertising strategy across search, social, programmatic, and emerging channels. You’ll guide a team of specialists, shape high-impact media strategies for clients, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable growth and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a team of paid media managers and analysts.
- Act as the senior paid media advisor for key clients, presenting insights, recommendations, and performance updates.
- Develop audience strategies, budget allocations, testing plans, and forecasting models.
- Oversee reporting frameworks to ensure accuracy, transparency, and data-driven decision making.
- Stay current with platform updates, attribution trends, and emerging ad tech.
Requirements
- 6+ years of paid media experience within an agency or multi-channel environment.
- Proven success leading teams and driving performance across major ad platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced understanding of tracking, attribution, and platform tools.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with senior client stakeholders.
