We’re growing fast and looking for a high-impact Relationship & Partnership Manager to join our team and lead the growth of our strategic partners.
The Role
As a Relationship & Partnership Manager at Unipaas, you will be the primary bridge between us and our most strategic B2B SaaS partners. This isn't just about account maintenance; it’s about strategic growth. You will act as a consultant to our partners, helping them maximize their revenue through our embedded finance tools and ensuring Unipaas is deeply integrated into their long‑term business strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Growth: Own the end-to-end relationship with key B2B SaaS platforms, driving adoption and expansion of our financial services.
- Revenue Optimization: Work closely with partners to identify new opportunities, upsell features, and increase their "share of wallet" within the Unipaas ecosystem.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a subject matter expert on embedded finance, helping platforms understand how to monetize their payments and financial data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our Product, Sales, and Support teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their end‑users.
- Retention & Advocacy: Ensure high partner satisfaction and turn our customers into vocal advocates for the Unipaas brand.
Who You Are
-
>Proven track record (3-5+ years) in Relationship Management or Partnerships, selling to B2B SaaS platforms.
- A Fintech sales expert.
- Managing accounts, understanding the unit economics of a SaaS business and knowing how to drive growth through partnership.
- You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can find creative solutions to technical or commercial roadblocks.
