Head of Procurement Location: East Midlands Salary: £70,000 + Benefits We are partnering with a fast-growing FMCG business to appoint a commercially astute Head of Procurement. This is a strategic leadership role with full ownership of procurement, supplier strategy and supply continuity across a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will:

Set and deliver the end-to-end procurement strategy aligned to margin and growth targets Lead, develop and performance-manage the procurement team Drive cost optimisation, value engineering and commercial negotiations Manage multi-million-pound spend across raw materials, packaging and finished goods Strengthen supplier partnerships across UK and international markets Improve systems, reporting and governance within an ERP/MRP environment Partner with Operations, NPD, Finance and Sales to support business growth

About You

Operating at Head of Procurement / Senior Procurement Manager level Strong background within FMCG, food, manufacturing or distribution Demonstrable track record of delivering savings and margin improvement Confident leading teams in fast-moving, high-SKU environments Commercially sharp, analytical and solutions-focused
