We are hiring a hands-on Head of Product to lead product development across bags, accessories, scarves and jewellery — and help shape the next chapter of Fable England.

We’re looking for someone who loves turning ideas into great product, can work closely with design and suppliers, and brings structure, clarity and drive to how we develop collections. This is a role for someone who enjoys making product happen, not just managing from distance.

• Lead product development across bags, scarves and accessories
• Build standout products with strong identity and repeat potential
• Work with design to turn ideas into technically viable product
• Manage sampling, materials, timelines and supplier communication
• Develop and expand supplier base where needed
• Improve workflow from concept → sample → production
• Collaborate with design, creative and merchandising teams

• 7+ years in product development for accessories (bags strongly preferred)
• Experience working directly with factories/suppliers
• Strong understanding of construction, sampling and problem-solving
• Practical, hands-on product mindset — you deliver, not just direct
• Comfortable guiding designers and giving clear feedback

• Wants real ownership and influence
• Enjoys rolling sleeves up and building product with pace
• Loves craft, details and development, not just mood boards

• Base salary: £55,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience & location)
